Travelled quite far for Elmo’s first appointment at DoggyStyling Boutique Grooming in Richmond and didn’t regret it at all. Lucy was his groomer and she was so caring and patient with him, which really put us at ease. Elmo absolutely loved it, had a lovely bath and tidy, and came out looking great and very happy. We’ll definitely be back.

Edina was amazing! She really listened and understood what we wanted! Lila is still a puppy but a little nervous with a few things like her nails and Edina was simply the best😊 Lila left giving her lots of kisses! I’m sure she will want to come back just as much as we do🩷

Lovely experience and service with Edina for my puppy’s very first full groom. She was lovely and accommodating, listened carefully to what I needed and followed it and my puppy seemed to have had a good time overall with the experience. We left very happy. One point to management is that they need to have an option to leave a gratuity for groomers for those of us who don’t carry cash. I think Sugaring London, for example, have a great electronic system you just scan, so please consider doing something similar!
