Holland Bark Club

Lovely owners (mother and daughter) who are really committed to the care of a animals and very supportive towards the animals' owners too. The respect they have for the animals make a huge difference! I love the way they care for them

I just want to say thank you to Millie/Jan and the rest of the team at Holland Bark Club who had the pleasure of looking after my little Sky (Minature Dachshund). It's been nearly 7 months since Sky's passing, she is missed so incredibly much and has taken me a long time to come to terms with her passing. I'm glad I was able to treat her to as many beds, toys, treats,grooms, accessories as possible, I do wish I had a little more time with her to get her more toys, clothes and show her off on Kensington as one of the most beautiful dachshunds. Id also like to say thanks to Millie for going the extra mile for Sky and ordering clothes or searching specifically for her. Thanks again to Millie/Jan

This is an update of my previous review. We have recently got a second maltese puppy and he has also joined the Holland Bark Club family. We feel fortunate to have found HBC - we have complete peace of mind and can see how both of our boys benefit from their experience. There is nowhere else we would leave our maltese. They love it so much that they both drag us to the shop a minimum once a day! I saw the negative review and am frankly suprised as this does not represent our experience at all and we have been using all the services for years. They certainly do not offer medical advice and do not have laser therapy as it is is a doggy day care nor have our dogs lost weight. In fact the team go out of their way to accommodate our dogs eating as both are fussy eaters and they have never lost weight which is something we are focussed on. They also monitor one of our maltese to ensure he is hydrated. I can also confirm that both the daycare and boarding have premium soft ramps, beds and rugs. In fact the daycare is designed with dogs in mind and even has padded floors, padded low stairs, gates and is completely safe. Holland Bark is a fully licensed day care. Fantastic indoor space and staff. A dog friendly sensory environment. No more than 3 dogs walked at any time. Dogs are matched so they walk well together and a maximum number of dogs are allowed at the daycare on a daily basis. The staff are all amazing and have regular training sessions. The owners really and genuinely care for your small pet, which is what they specialise in. They have grooming facilities. Take detailed records on vaccinations and health concerns. Vet details and contact details are registered and each dog has an induction day to ensure that the dogs staying all get on, are safe and have fun. Most importantly they are looked after, loved and you have peace of mind. We receive regular video and photo updates and they respond almost immediately to our messages. They also have an amazing boutique where items are updated regularly. We can thoroughly recommend it and would not take our boys anywhere else.
