Rachel is a magician! She helped us break 6 years of bad habits with our dog in about 20 minutes. She listened and observed and worked with us to find a solution that worked for our family and lifestyle in order to meet our dog’s needs. She is highly personable, genuinely cares, really understands dog behaviours and followed I up to check it was working. We’d highly recommend her!
