Pet People Vets - Richmond

Both Amy and Francesca have been the best and most compassionate and understanding vets I've ever seen with my very anxious rescue. Everybody at this practice has really helped supporting both Maggie-Mou and myself along her journey to recovery and she loves you all!

I’ve been to both the Richmond and East Sheen branch of Pet People and found the staff to be incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Their customer care is the best I’ve experienced in London and the services they offer in house are beyond what is available in other practices. I couldn’t recommend the practice enough!

We have only been with Pet People for a couple of months but in that time we have been extremely impressed. From the first appointment the vet Amy had clearly taken the time to read through our dog Flynn's file and get to know his (rather complex) medical needs. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, and absolutely lovely with Flynn who can often be a bit anxious at the vets. Their online system makes booking appointments and filing insurance claims really easy, and the practice itself is bright, clean and welcoming. Really pleased with everything Pet People have to offer so far!
