Beth has been absolutely amazing with my dogs, Luna and Paca. She is incredibly caring, professional, and takes the time to really understand their needs. From the very first session, I could see how much she genuinely cares about the dogs she treats, and her knowledge and expertise are outstanding. Luna and Paca have benefited so much from their physiotherapy, and I feel reassured knowing they’re in such capable hands. Beth explains everything clearly and makes sure both pets and owners feel comfortable throughout the process. We had our first physiotherapy session with Beth today and I honestly couldn’t be happier. My dog Amber is usually very nervous and reactive with new people, but Beth was so patient, calm and understanding throughout the entire appointment. Thanks to her gentle approach, Amber felt comfortable, relaxed and even managed the whole session muzzle-free — something I never thought possible on her first visit! It was such a positive experience and I’m so grateful for the care and kindness Beth showed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing physio who truly understands dogs.
